The space
Historic
100 year old cottage located just two blocks from the quaint town
square. Bead board ceilings, original hardwood floors and paneled doors.
A well-stocked chefs kitchen features a Five Star Range, Shaw double
bowl sink, Rowe faucet and Visual Comfort lighting throughout the Home.
Three beautiful, spacious en-suite bedrooms feature crisp & lush
bedding with plentiful pillows. Dining and Living spaces are well
appointed for up to eight guests with plenty of comfy seating and
ottomans for putting your feet up after a long day of shopping. Roku
Streaming Player and WiFi are available. No detail unattended in the
three beautifully designed bathrooms featuring Kohler vanities with
Kohler sinks, exquisite tile floors and Visual Comfort lighting. The
Cottage grounds are quaintly landscaped with a new back deck perfect for
easy evenings sipping wine with friends. Backyard features the original
stonewall on two sides and shares neighbors chain link on left side but
is not completely fenced-in.
Other things to note
Driveway
is on the right side of the house - drive over the cattle guard, don’t
worry, it’s easy and there are no cattle. The cattle guard covers a
drain and was installed years ago. It’s sort of cool! Drive over the
cattle guard and into the back yard. You’ll see a charming garage and
beautiful patio and deck. Enter through the double doors on the patio.
